RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Your happiness is important to us. While unused items may be returned for a credit or exchange within 14 days, reeds, gouged cane, swabs, and lip balms cannot be returned for obvious health reasons.
Please keep in mind future reeds can be customized more to your liking once we know more about your needs.
